Weekends Past & Present

Last weekend brought a real Nor'easter to the Virginia coast, and we were there to witness it first hand. Shawn was able to windsurf Saturday and Sunday, and we spent the night relaxing at the beach home of some good friends. Spending time with them at their home was a real treat - from enjoying their hot tub to long conversations over breakfast. We really hope we can get down there more often in the future.


Which leads us to this weekend....we are headed to my old stomping ground to attend my Dad's wedding. He and Lou Ann met this past spring and have been really enjoying each other's companionship ever since. We're really looking forward to this time with the combined families. I'm sure pictures of the event will follow on this blog.
