Beginner's Luck

Jacob, Peter, Shawn, Nat, Chris, and I all headed to the water yesterday so the boys could do a little fishing. The worms were being eaten off their hooks as fast as they could get them in the water, and they each managed to hook a handful of these little guys. Peter perfected the technique of simply dangling a baited hook in front of his feet in shallow water, and the fish just seemed to jump right on. We had some good laughs and a great time at the reservoir. Check out more pictures from our adventure.



Jacob has a lot of patience for this sport, and can cast pretty well. It's fun to see him enjoy it so much.



Peter eventually tired of traditional methods and resorted to his old favorite - catching things with his hands.
